While most of my time was spent on elevating the Plasti-Fab brand, I was approached by the CEO and CIO of PFB Corp. to enhance their digital impressions and provide various marketing materials for their Ownership Works program. This program allows all employees of PFB Corp. (Plasti-Fab and Insulspan) to become shareholders, fostering a deeper connection to the company's growth and success. I played a pivotal role in creating a full suite of marketing materials to support the initiative, including a custom-designed coin symbolizing ownership, personalized certificates for each employee, branded t-shirts to promote unity, and a variety of posters and banners to raise awareness across the company. Additionally, I designed and launched a complete SharePoint site dedicated to the Ownership Works program, providing employees with easy access to important information, updates, and resources to engage with the program and stay informed about their ownership benefits.
I redesigned the PFB Corp. website from the ground up, replacing its outdated and poorly designed structure—originally built using a basic page builder—with a sleek, modern, and highly functional site using Bootstrap 4. The previous site looked dated and lacked the usability and responsiveness needed for a seamless user experience. My redesign focused on creating a clean, professional look with intuitive navigation, ensuring the site was not only visually appealing but also easy to use across all devices. By leveraging Bootstrap 4’s flexibility, I enhanced performance, accessibility, and overall functionality, giving PFB Corp. a website that better represents its brand and engages visitors effectively.
For the launch of Ownership Works at PFB Corp., I developed a comprehensive branding strategy and designed multiple marketing materials to support the initiative. Ownership Works is a program designed to provide employees with a stake in the company’s success, fostering a culture of shared growth and financial empowerment. To effectively communicate this message, I created a range of promotional materials, including eye-catching launch posters, large-scale banners, and professionally designed certificates. I also designed a commemorative coin to mark the occasion, along with branded t-shirts to engage employees and build excitement. Additionally, I developed a full SharePoint portal to serve as a central hub for information, resources, and updates about the program. My goal was to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all materials, making the Ownership Works launch and exit both memorable and meaningful for employees.
